Early Spring For You And Me....

There you have it- right from the ground hog's mouth! (Kind of) (:
Just a few more weeks of rain and snow and we will be marvelling at the first signs of spring: snow drops, crocus and daffodils are already emerging. The Philadelphia Flower Show with this year's theme: Brilliant Britain is sure to dazzle as it has in previous years.  Watch the buds of early flowering trees such as redbuds and maples quickly start to swell. If you are trying to get ready for the Oscar's and can't decide which ones of the nine best picture nominees to start with, try Beasts of the Southern Wild (what happens to nature and people after a truly devastating natural disaster), Argo (what happens to people after a political nightmare) and Silver Linings Playbook ( a movie with a great cast and local flair, as it is shot in and around Philadelphia and features a native son in Bradley Cooper).  But I digress. We hope to hear from you this winter and be of service to you this coming spring and summer season.  We have expanded our Plant Health Care program and will help you get the most from your landscape this year.
